Healthy Life Services supports all plan managed participants. Claims will be sent to you or your nominated plan manager for payments.

Healthy Life Services will be able to bill you or your plan nominee directly for all of its self-managed participants. This implies we fulfil the Healthy Life Services high requirements and may provide services and supports to persons with Healthy Life Services-managed plans, and also those who self-manage or employ a third party.
